All RV spots have a 42 x 12ft level concrete pad, with the entire lot being 45 x 80ft deep set up for spacious stays. All lots include full 30/50 amp hookups, as water, sewer, garbage, and lot maintenance services are included. 

We have a 24ft wide private boat launch available for all of our members. Perfect access to the beautiful Lake Fork! 

Do you need boat storage? We are getting ready to build on-site, convenient and secure boat storage as well!

We have dedicated fiber fed WiFi services available to all RV sites throughout the park.

We want to give the best and most secure experience here at The Peninsula.  Our gated resort gives security,  peace of mind and sense of community. 

We are in the process of having a fully functional laundry facility we will offer to all guest. 

We are in the process of  having a fully functional men's and women's shower/bathroom facility. Equipped for you and your family.
